Initially, Dr. Aridana is in operations on the rear deck (1). When the Common opens, you can find her in the Tech Lab (2). Speak to her to unlock this mission. She tells you that she sent an away team to get readings of the Scourge, and sensors can’t locate their shuttle. Use the nearby console to confirm this quest, just as you would any of the scientists’ quests.
Find the Missing Science Vessel
Tempest Bridge
Travel to the Eriksson system and scan it for anomalies. You find the starship wreckage around the one-o’clock region of the orbital graph. Unfortunately, no one survived the Scourge. There’s no need to report back to the doc.
