Speak to the distraught angara, Jataa (1), to learn about her missing sister, Morga. Jataa to the left of the Outcast Headquarters’ guarded entry. Agree to help look for her sister, who’s been missing for three days.
Scan for Signs of Morga
Head back toward the bar, pull up the scanner, and start scanning down at the ground—where one would look for someone who is missing. Walk over the grates (2) in the middle of the walkway in front of the bar to find Morga. In the sewage. Dead. She’s right next to the other Kadara murder victim. Kadara is not a great vacation destination.
Return to Jataa
Return to Jataa (1) and deliver the bad news about her sister.
