This mission is about exploring the Nexus and getting to know everyone. If you’ve talked to some of the characters already, you’re not directed to talk to them again—after speaking to Tann (1) a second time. It’s even possible to compete this mission the moment it’s accepted, if you’ve already talked to everyone listed: Kesh, Kandros, Addison, and the scientists (Herik, Aridana, and Lucan).
Speak with Kesh
Find and speak to Nakmor Kesh (2) in her office opposite the Pathfinder HQ on the same level of the Nexus.
Speak with Addison
Find and speak to Foster Addison (3) on the top deck of Colonial Affairs.
Speak with Kandros
Find and speak to Tiran Kandros (4) in the militia office, near the Strike Team Missions interface.
Speak with the Scientists
Speak to Professor Kerik (5) on the opposite side of the Nexus. Speaking to him strikes up a conversation with all the nearby scientists—if you haven’t already spoken to them. Speak to all the scientists to unlock additional collection missions.
