Talk to Merixus (1) at the shuttle. He needs an angaran ionic filter to improve production of purified water on Elaaden. He isn’t allowed into the city, and asks you to track down the filter for him.
You only need to talk to him once to start all of the settled-planet collection quests. So if you’ve already talked to him for “Task: Outpost Supplies on Eos,” for instance, you don’t need to speak to him again to start this quest.
Acquire an Ionic Filter on Aya
Talk to the aqueduct engineer (2) standing near the stairs behind the market.
In his inventory, purchase the ionic water filters for 350 credits.
Deliver the Ionic Filter to Merixus
Head back and give Merixus (1) the item, or wait until you have all his items for Eos, Voeld, and Kadara as well, and then deliver them all at once.
