Talk to Thasia
Kadara: Windfarm
Talk to the turian merchant named Thrasia (1) on the first floor of the left building in the windfarm. She sells you the navpoint for a weapons cache stolen from the Nexus. Also talk to Aislin out on the cliff side. She gives you the “Gone with the Wind” quest.
Travel to the Navpoint
Take the Nomad southwest past Sulfur Springs to this remote location (2). You find a dropship delivering a load of Raiders near acid pools when you arrive.
Defeat the exiles
Defeat the exile Raiders. There’s not but a handful. Make quick work of them.
Examine the Weapons Cache
West Kadara
Follow the navpoint to the inside of a large shipping crate. Examine the cache prompt inside. You note that it’s full; you’d thought the whole thing was a scam. While you’re there, raid the many containers inside the shipping crates for a load of good stuff. Search thoroughly; there’s a lot stuffed in one crate.
Confront Thrasia
Windfarm
Head back to talk to Thrasia (1) at the windfarm. You tell her the cache was a setup. She acts pretty nonchalant about the entire situation and tells you she sold the navpoint to multiple people. This completes the mission. Use her as a merchant to get some cool Nomad upgrades. You also earn a small amount of AVP and Kadara Viability +2%.
