At the end of “Task: Herbal Entrepreneurs,” your buddies offer you some plants to take with you. Head to the inside garden behind the Outlaws and examine the unknown plant.
You discovered a plant that has antibiotic properties. It could heal the sick patient you met at the encampment of Nexus refugees hiding in the hills.
Take the Plant to the Nexus Refugees

This objective can be confusing if you’re not already familiar with the “Task: Broken Family” crowd. When you get this objective, it’s a knee-jerk reaction to head to the Nexus. Don’t. The Nexus refugees are right here on Kadara; they’re the refugees with “Broken Family” issues. Fast travel back to Haarfel using the nearby forward station, and enter the refugee hut (2). Talk to the turian refugee who’s helping the sick one in bed. Give him the medicine to save his life.
