By activating Havarl’s lost monolith and resetting the vault, you prevented the plant’s destruction. Angaran scientists at the Pelaav Research Station expressed an interest in working with Initiative teams. Director Addison dispatched several researchers to the planet and has asked you to check in on the situation there. The next time you’re on Havarl, science team members Dr. Hawkins Macintyre, Zerra Kassian, Farley Berra, and Cody Holdren have set up a lab on the top floor of the angaran headquarters building in Pelaav.
Contact Director Addison from Havarl

Head to the top floor (through the exterior) of the angaran headquarters building (1) and activate the holo-communicator inside the research room to contact Addison.
During your conversation with Addison, you learn the Initiative will not be placing a settlement on Havarl, but will only deploy people to assist the angara with their plans for Havarl. Addison asks you to address the people regarding the victory at Havarl. You can choose either of two flavors: “You have to see this place” or “First contact continues here.” This quick mission earns you more AVP and increases Havarl’s Viability.
