After Mission 4, make sure you’ve exhausted all conversation options with Gil and have been friendly toward him. He then sends you the “Come meet Jill!” message. He’s asked you to come to Prodromos to meet his friend Jill.
Meet Gil and Jill on Eos at Prodromos
Eos: Prodromos
Travel to Prodromos and head past August Bradley to Gil, who’s standing as close to the landing pad as he can get to wait for Jill’s arrival. Play around with Jill in your conversation with her. You can turn this into a serious relationship with Gil (if you want to) after this meeting.
