If you aren’t seeing this quest unlock, wait until you’ve advanced the Priority Ops further (try “Meridian: The Way Home” before probing for Scourge clusters—almost the end of the game). You’re looking for an email (1) from Lexi titled “Movie Night Plans.” She’s concerned about everyone’s safety and asks you to meet her on the Tempest.

You can usually find Lexi in the medbay (3), or sometimes in the research room (2). She’s worried about the hooch Peebee and Drack are bringing to the party. She wants you to pick up something nicer—an asari liquor called Akantha. You can get it in the Nexus commons.

With Liam’s plans for movie night almost complete, Lexi suggests that asari liquor from the Nexus would make the evening better. On the first floor of the Nexus commons, head to the first merchant (4) along the right wall (to the right of the tram). From the General Merchant’s Special category, buy Akantha for 10 credits and return to the Tempest.
Return the Asari Liquor to Lexi

Talk to Lexi (2)/(3) and give her the Akantha. She claims it’s medicinal, cuts down on hangovers. She wants you to ask Liam when they’re doing this party. That’s the invite to unlock “Movie Night: The Final Piece.”
