Talk to Davis Qar (1), who’s working in Addison’s office in operations. Davis is a reporter for Heleus News Service. He asks for your help since your job takes you to many planets, especially those that aren’t set up for broadcasts…yet.
He asks you to place receivers on certain planets; it’ll help get the news out to the most far-flung colonists. Accept the job.

Once Eos is habitational (40% Viability), drive to the high mountaintop indicated on our map. Look for a cargo supply drop. Inspect it closer for the Receiver Activate prompt. Execute the prompt to raise the receiver (2). Inspect the base of the tower on the ladder side to find the Nexus News Signal. Listen to the newscast for kicks.
Complete the Outpost on Voeld
Place a Receiver on Voeld

Complete the quest “Settling Voeld” by solving the Remnant vault challenge and by clearing the kett mountain base during the quest “Remove the Heart.” The receiver (3) is built on the top of a mountain overlooking the Voeld settlement. It’s possible you may have to fight an Ancient Eiroch for that location.
Complete the Outpost on Elaaden

Elaaden: Languish
To place a receiver on Elaaden, give Morda the drive core during “Search for the Stolen Remnant Drive Core” and then create an outpost nearby. Head to the Languish navpoint (4) near the outpost in New Tuchanka. Drive up the steep mountain here and activate the receiver at the supply crates on the top of the mountain.
Complete the Outpost on Kadara

Kadara
Complete “High Noon” to get permission to build an outpost (5) on Kadara. The receiver crates (6) are up on the mountain to the east, overlooking the outpost.
Return to Davis Qar
Nexus Operations
Once you’ve placed all the receivers, return to Oar (1). He’s just where you found him the first time: Nexus operations. Speak to him, and he thanks you for the strong signal that’s allowing Heleus News Service’s message to be heard loud and clear. If you’ve been working with Keri, you can ask if he knows her. He says he’s running her show, “Path of a Hero.” He loves it.
