Find Sellers (1) standing on the entertainment landing between the lower and upper floors in Tann’s office. He tells you his best friend has been missing since the revolts. The missing friend was involved with a woman who was exiled, and Sellers thinks she kidnapped him. His name is Sanjiv Clement, and the woman is Delaney Roos and is believed to be on Kadara.

Kadara Slums
Sanjiv Clement has been labeled a traitor, but his friend is sure he was taken against his will by exiles. Sellers has asked for proof to help clear Sanjiv’s name. Now that you’ve made it to the Kadara Slums, look in the small nook (2) to the right of the slums bar to find the body of Sanjiv—dead in an alley.
To complete the mission, pick up the datapad titled “Sanjiv Clement: Last Words” next to the body. It’s a letter about his girlfriend, Delaney Roos. She took him from the Nexus against his will, and she and her exile friends beat him and left him there to die. This completes the quest.
