Head east out of Site 1: Promise through the gully behind Clancy’s building. You come to a steep incline. Use your jump-jets, or drive up the left side of the canyon to discover a precipice with a muster point (a small unscannable device with a green glowing light on top). Next to the device is a datapad(1). Examine it.
It’s a recording from Chief Engineer Grace Lito. She was the last one out during the evacuation. You learn that she didn’t want to leave the outpost, but she ran out of options to try to stabilize the atmosphere or to secure the outposts from kett.
Talk to Vladimir Brecka to Redeploy Lito

Next time you’re on the Nexus, stop at the third level in Addison’s office and speak with Vladimir Brecka (2) at the cryo pods console. Ask him about “Eos Chief Engineer Grace Lito”—you’d like her to be taken out of cryo and redeployed. He complies. That completes the mission.
