Start Location: Roekaar camp north of the Chasm of the Builders
Unlocking: Examine the Roekaar datapad on the top platform on the north side of the chasm bridge
Find Six Roekaar Manifestos on Havarl
Roekaar Camp
Learn more about the Roekaar by collecting and examining their manifestos. Find the first one titled “Fire” on the top of the north bridge platform (1), which is accessible after you find Zorai’s heirloom during “A Dying Planet.”
Old Pelaav
In Old Pelaav, in the Roekaar encampment, find a datapad titled “Invasion” in one building (2), and another datapad titled “Hope” in another building (3).
Chasm of the Builders
On your way to meet Taavos during “A Dying Planet,” look for this cave on the left side at the end of the Chasm of the Builders. Inside you find a Galorn and the “Invasion” Roekaar datapad(4).
Roekaar Overgrown Camp
While you’re finishing up “Overgrown” in the northeast Roekaar camp, find the “Conquerors” manifesto (5) on a crate in the middle of the camp.
Thaldyr’s Home
Grab this one during or after visiting Thaldyr during “Friend or Foe?” to unlock the building. The manifesto is on a table inside her house (6). Take it to complete the quest
