Kadara Slums: Tartarus Bar
Find the disillusioned Outlaw (1) leaning on the outside wall of the Kadara Slums bar, the Tartarus. She asks you to check out the Outlaw tech and materials. You need to craft one of the Outlaw weapons. Head to the transit controls (2) to get back to Kadara Port.
Craft the Weapon at a Research Center
Kadara Port
Don’t run off; as soon as you reach the port, a research center (3) can be found right in front of you. Craft either a Sandstorm, Sidewinder, or Vanquisher to complete the quest.
