Read Your email
Tempest
Use the bridge email terminal (1) or the one in your room. Read the email from Reyes titled “Call Me.”
Call Reyes
Head to the meeting room on the third floor (2) and call Reyes via Vidcon. He asks you to be his plus-one to a party Sloane in throwing. It’s a get-together for the locals. You take him up on the invite, naturally.
Meet Reyes at Outcast Headquarters
Kadara Port
Stop at Kadara Port and follow the navpoint to the Outcast Headquarters (3). Open the door, and you run into an Outcast guard who tries to bounce you, but Reyes comes to the rescue. Seems he’s always there at the right time.
Your first stop at the party is to talk to Keema Dohrgun. The distinguished angara asks to be introduced to you. She’s Sloane’s angaran representative. After some small talk, you excuse yourself to go mingle while Reyes takes off and leaves you alone at the party.
Mingle with Three Party Guests
Speak with Keema Dohrgun (4) again after the cutscene. She stands near the entrance. Speak to Velus (5), who’s standing with his back to the left wall. You can get his girlfriend talking to him again. Talk to Sloane last (6).
Find Reyes
After speaking with Sloane, leave the room and follow the navpoint to a set of easily opened doors (7) on the left. Talk to Reyes, who’s rummaging through Sloane’s stuff. He needs a quick distraction as a guard walks by, so you slug him in the gut—assuming you hit the prompted button fast enough. Watch the lower-right corner during the cutscene to be ready for the cue. The punch feels pretty good.
Reyes climbs a shelf and comes down with some vintage whiskey. Answer, “Sharing is caring,” and the next scene involves the two of you slamming back the whiskey while sitting side by side on some crates as the sun sets. After some small talk, the mission ends.
