Unlocking: Discover and scan the Remnant data core
Locate the Remnant Cores
Eos
SAM extracts a navpoint once three Remnant cores are located. Following it may provide insight on the kett’s plans for the Remnant. The Remnant data core nodes appear at random kett site locations (on Eos). This is where we found them most consistently:
1: North of Prodromos
This data core (1) may be located north of Prodromos and very close to a forward station.
2: Sheartop
Find this Remnant core (2) on a hill overlooking the lake with the Remnant monolith. Fight the kett in this camp to reach the prize.
3: Sawtooth Plateau
Find a Remnant core (3) at this remote kett drilling site. If you don’t find the cores at these sites, check the many other kett sites on Eos. If you’re having bad luck in your search, use a forward station or leave the planet and come back.
Follow the Navpoint
Blackrock Tande
After locating three Remnant data cores, follow the data trail up into the hills west of the Blackrock Tande Forward Station to find this inconspicuous vault (4) dug into the ground.
Enter the Remnant Installation

Interval Glyph Scan
Enter the vault and take the Gravity Well down into the depths. On the main platform in the Gravity Well room is a container with Remnant writing. This is a Remnant Decryption Puzzle. You need to find and scan some glyphs to solve it. Find the Interval Glyph on the wall behind the mysterious container.
Thermodynamic Glyph Scan
The second glyph is on the side of the large pillar on the opposite side of the Gravity Well from the platform. This is the Thermodynamic Glyph. Scan it and head through the long hallway, defeating the kett along the way to the next chamber.
Eliminate the Kett
Semiosis Glyph Scan
Open the door at the end of the hallway and defeat the kett in the second chamber. There are two large pits with pillars sticking out of them. When the kett are dead, walk around to the other side of the first pillar pit, face the entry, and point to your right. That’s the pillar with the Semiosis Glyph. Exit this chamber through the door at the low end.
Investigate the Console
Scan the Adaptive Remnant Core Device in the middle of the next chamber. Head into the little nook to the left of the core device and interface with the Remnant console. SAM says the console contains vital data on Eos wildlife.
Kinetic Glyph Scan
Before you leave this back chamber, scan the Kinetic Glyph located on the wall left of the exit. That’s the last one needed to open the container in the Gravity Well chamber.

Deliver the Data to Prodromos
Head to Prodromos (5) and enter the building closest to the parked Tempest. Access the terminal inside against the left wall and confirm the “Request: Information on Eos” message to Bradley from Addison to complete the mission and earn 530 XP.
