Director Tann reports that the angara opened an embassy on Aya. Check in with the Initiative’s representatives there to make sure things go smoothly. Talk to Ambassador Rialla (1) in the newly unlocked room off the governor’s office on Aya. Speak to her enough, and she gives you the quest “The Vesaal.”
