On the west side of the narrow lake, close to the rope-bridge ravines of Gnisis, is a strange Dwemer ruin, near a Fishing Hole and treasure chest. It is actually the exit from an ancient Dwemer location called Bethamez, accessed via the Gnisis Egg Mine, within the nearby town of the same name. Note you can’t access the interior from this direction.
