By expressing interest in the Fighters Guild to the Hall Steward at the Fighters Guild in Vivec City, Balmora, or Sadrith Mora, the player is able to join the guild and gain access to the skill line. Once the main quest line is complete, Bera Moorsmith tracks you down anytime you’re near a Fighters Guild. She asks that you talk to Sees-All-Colors in Vulkhel Guard.
