Head to the Archcanon’s Office and collect the Archcanon’s Signet from the lockbox. While you are there, grab the Archcanon’s Journal to score a Lorebook. Outside the Temple Canton, Vivec asks you to reward Overseer Shirales, Barilzar, and Canon Llevule. This completes Quest: Divine Blessings and the Vivec quest line.
