Talk to Elfbetta the Shy and offer to find Narsis Dren, who’s just inside the Dreloth Ancestral Tomb. Investigate the creature that Narsis mentions to find a tiny spider, before exploring deeper inside the tomb. Inside the Ancestor Prayer Room, the treasure vault Narsis seeks is missing. Follow him farther inside, where you run into the Grievous Twilight. Exit the tomb through the mob, or return the way you came, and check in with Elfbetta.
Travel to northwestern Vvardenfell and enter the Veloth Ancestral Tomb, west of the West Gash Wayshrine, where Narsis has locked himself inside the east room. Release and talk to the explorer to learn of a hidden passage inside the tomb. Proceed into the northwest chamber and examine the Honored Ancestors on the left or the Engraved Pedestal ahead to learn about the four Veloth ancestors.
Collect the four offerings that sit in the sand, and place them on the appropriate tombs:
With the four offerings placed, play the harp, descend into the Undertomb, and talk to Narsis. As you explore deeper inside the tomb, watch out for Wraiths, raised panels in the flooring, and Bone Flayers that emerge from the sandpits. The panels trigger traps from the walls, which can be used against the mobs.
Inside the mausoleums, defeat the Skeletons and Hunger that emerge from the sand, then enter the Mausoleums of the Elders ahead. Explore further to find a five-by-five grid of unique floor switches. Use the series of seven tiles, presented on each side of the room, to decipher the correct order. Walk across the tiles in this order to open the exit, being careful not to reset the puzzle by making a misstep.
Talk to Narsis before entering the Tomb of the Matriarch. Fight through the Skeletons to find the Matriarch Rathila on the northern end. Defeat the elite mob before ascending the steps to the Treasure Vault. Talk to Narsis one last time before exiting the tomb. Talk to Elfbetta to complete the quest.
