After talking to Sun-in-Shadow at her house, visit Eoki on the docks. Take his payment to the Ropefish contact in the Gateway Inn. Atarga is unable to accept, so arrange a delivery to Bothamul. Either come clean about Eoki’s plans or lie to Sun-in-Shadow before exiting the inn. Find a Ropefish camp just west of Tel Aruhn, where Lagdabash and Hazbur attempt to ambush you. Defeat them, read Bothamul’s Orders, and head to the real Ropefish camp to the north. Talk to Bothamul and then find Eoki to the east.
He gives two options for dealing with the mine guards: knock them out with Rihnissi’s powder bombs, or kill them all. Selecting the former gives you the ability to toss a bomb at the guards to take them down in a non-lethal manner. The option appears on-screen when available.
Enter Vassamsi Grotto, take out the two guards ahead, and release the two slaves from the cages. Just ahead, Captain Flaeus attacks from the right, so knock him out with a powder bomb or kill him. Continue into the Mining Area and eliminate the remaining guards as you move toward the Vassamsi Mine Escape Shaft.
In the next area, take out the Warden, Slavemaster Arenim. Once Arenim is defeated, talk to Sun-in-Shadow to decide whether Eoki flees or stays in Sadrith Mora. Talk to her again to complete the quest line.
