On the island of Sadrith Mora, the western edge of the city houses a great Daedric shrine, with a contingent of Daedra to slaughter when you arrive. Check the area, and the two small islands to the north, for two Heavy Sacks, a possible chest, a Thieves Trove, and a Mages Guild book on the southeastern water’s edge, below a sagging stone ruin section sliding into the sea.
