One of the few parts of the coastline that isn’t encroached on by the Azura’s Coast region, this small farmstead would be idyllic except for the incursion of Netch Gougers. Note the Fishing Hole, Mages Guild book under the giant toadstool by the shoreline Fishing Hole, and Vivec Sermon (#14) atop the small farmstead itself. Finally, note the Ieneth Ancestral Tomb rubbing due west of here.
