Venture northward out of the settlement to reach this point, as detailed previously. Check the Mages Guild book on the bridge just south of here, and the Silt Strider for traveling options; the beast is parked to the east.

Findun’s Goods

Seek ye a Merchant? Findun can find you a number of choice items if you visit his shop.

Tavern by the Sea

There’s a Cooking Fire and a Chef here, if you’re partial to Dunmeri cuisine, though the Chef is an Argonian.

Snarzikha’s Grocery

Should you require your comestibles to be fresh, head to this Merchant. A Caravaner stops here from time to time, too.

Andrilo’s House
Warning: Restricted Area (Trespassing)

Entering this house requires a Lockpick (Simple difficulty). Feel free to annoy Andrilo and steal her sweetroll collection if the mood takes you.

Governor’s Office

Sergeant Garil usually wanders around this formal office, which grants access to the adjoining buildings, as well as an exterior courtyard where you can find a skyshard.

Census and Excise Office

This links to the exterior courtyard, Governor’s Office, and Guard Tower. Synedelius Ergalla checks in immigrants to these parts.

Guard House
Warning: Restricted Area (Trespassing)

There’s little need to break in here, as the house guard becomes vicious. The tower leads into the Census and Excise Office.

Seyda Neen Lighthouse

Feel free to enter the lighthouse and climb to the top. Note the Thieves Trove in the vicinity.

The Windstorm

A fine sailing ship is moored in the harbor. Note the Lorebook on the dock cart.
