A large island off the coast of the Grazelands region, twinned with the town of Vos to the east, Tel Mora is dominated by a huge tower of fungal growths, from which the coastal settlement takes its name. Though it shares goods and services with Vos across the shore in Grazelands, it should be seen as a separate settlement, except when obtaining Merchant services. The Silt Strider and a trader are up the cliff at Vos.

Note the the location “Black Snail Smugglers’ Isle” is shown on this town map. For the items and area (including the Mages Guild book), consult that Atlas reference.

It’s worth trespassing into this rock dwelling with a locked door (Simple difficulty) for the Vivec Sermon (#17), upstairs on a table.

Tel Mora (Tower)

The main tower of Tel Mora features a po-faced steward named Seden, whom you can speak to about the owner of the tower, Mistress Dratha. Use a portal to reach her upstairs chambers.
