Retrieve the Stones of Cold Fire
Defeat Xykenaz
Mistress Dratha asks the player to collect powerful magicked stones, the Stones of Cold Fire, at seven Daedric shrines around Vvardenfell. Visit the following shrines and collect a stone from each. All but one have an elite foe nearby, though said foes can be avoided at the outdoor locations.

Return the stones to Dratha and then enter her portal to the Prison of Xykenaz. Defeat Xykenaz and report back to Dratha to complete the quest.
