Talk to Sun-in-Shadow at her house to learn that she needs to find someone willing to sell land near Vos, located to the north. Talk to Eoki or citizens in Vos to find out about Barys Rendo, located just north of town, who is willing to sell land in exchange for finding his boy Seythen.
Head southeast to Esutanamus Shrine to find Seythen Rendo. Fight the Winged Twilights while he escapes to the northwest. Return to Barys to discover that Mertis Othren has already bought the deed. Find Mertis to the northwest, defeat him, and grab a Letter to Mertis (Lorebook) from Mertis’ bag.
After reporting in with Sun-in-Shadow, go to the Adepts’ Hall in Tel Naga to retrieve the deed from Jinrisa. The hall is restricted, so watch the patrol patterns of those inside. If you’re detected, the Adepts will attack on sight. Sneak over to the chest on the right and steal the Rendo Property Deed.
Update Sun-in-Shadow near the Wayshrine before delivering the deed to Master Firuth, who is located near Hanud to the northwest. Watch out for Flame Atronachs that occupy the area. Collect Firuth’s Writ of Endorsement (Lorebook) off the table and bring it to Sun-in-Shadow just outside the Council House.
