On a rocky promontory overlooking the swamps (and a Fishing Hole) of the Bitter Coast, southwest of Balmora, is the Hlaalu House stronghold known as Rethan Manor. You’re free to wander the grounds, but unlocking the door to the interior (Simple difficulty) means you’re trespassing.
Inside, expect Argonian workers and a few Rethan guards who don’t take kindly to your infiltration. There’s a ground and upper floor to pilfer from, as well as a small cellar. Outside, be sure to check the skeletal remains of a camper at the foot of the rock promontory for a Vivec tome (#12).
