By owning the Imperial City DLC or being an ESO Plus member, gain access to the Imperial City through the Imperial Sewers.
Imperial Districts
There are six districts of the Imperial City: Arboretum, Arena, Elven Gardens, Memorial, Nobles, and Temple. The city is open PvP, with quests available in each district once the Imperial City story quests are complete.
Imperial City Doors
A Trophy Vault sits within each district and dungeon per our table. Collecting 60 Key Fragments from enemies in the Imperial City grants access to one of the city’s hidden Trophy Vaults. Gather 150 to open the Trophy Vaults in the Imperial City Prison or the White-Gold Tower.
