Canon Llevule asks the player to retrieve a Blessing Stone that still sits at the ziggurat construction site. Find the overseer’s wife, Varona Beloren, just outside Canton of St. Delyn the Wise. Enter the construction site through the gate and help Overseer Shirales fight off the bullies to receive the Third Canton Key. Enter the third canton to the east and wind your way through the site—avoiding the red warning circles that appear on the ground, which signify incoming rocks. Find the Blessing Stone on the west side, just below the third canton entrance. Return to Vivec’s Chambers to complete the quest.
