Though this Velothi tower is situated on an area of mainland close to the Grazelands region, it is nevertheless part of Azura’s Coast, much like the nearby Pinsun mine. The place is walled up and inaccessible, so use it as a landmark. Check the general area, mainly to the east, for a Heavy Sack, possible chest, and a Thieves Trove.
