Sun-in-Shadow wants you to appear before the council at the Council Audience Chamber. Let her know they rejected her petition before heading northwest to Tel Aruhn. Talking to Midiri Berathi outside Tel Aruhn Tower offers a chance to persuade him into letting you inside. Otherwise, you must find another way in.
Kizmar suggests setting fire to crates of dried saltrice on the dock to distract the guards. This plan works, so enter Tel Aruhn Tower and head upstairs to Gothren’s Audience Chamber. After you talk to Magister Gothren, Arith Sendrul asks for a favor—to retrieve stolen goods from thieves who fled to Shashpilamat.
Travel to Shashpilamat to the south and talk to Zashanti to find the whereabouts of the stolen goods; Captain Giravel shows up to put a stop to the retrieval. Report the bad news back to Sun-in-Shadow, who has a new plan. Depending on your response, either assassinate Ralasa Delvi or deliver Sun-in-Shadow’s gift to her.
