Boatswains and caravans, found in many cities, offer fast travel to cities and towns around Tamriel. These are typically found within cities, and provide transit to other major cities. This type of travel is free for the player, so look for these options when travel is necessary and a Wayshrine is unavailable.
Caravaners
In Vvardenfell, Caravaners occupy towers in several towns and cities, offering a quick trip to other locales within the zone—by way of a Silt Strider. A simple Achievement is earned once you talk to each caravaner.
