Millenith can be found at the Fighters Guild in the major cities, including Vivec City. Find her at the St. Delyn Guild Halls and tell her you are interested in certification. She gives you three choices: Blacksmith, Woodworker, or Clothier certification. Select one at a time and complete the following tasks: gather the material, craft the item, and deconstruct the item. For these quests, the required resources spawn just outside of town, and are marked on your map.
