This is a rather diminutive Shrine to Malacath, given the size of the island it sits on, but one with an interior to explore. Note the Verelnim Ancestral Tomb rubbing on the island just southeast of here, along with a Thieves Trove.
Interior: This is only accessible during the quest. A waterlogged chamber containing Skaafin is the only way into the inner shrine.
Interior (Malacath’s Shrine): A giant statue of Malacath watches over the powerful mage Chodala, who must be defeated, along with his Skaafin minions.
