In order to take part in daily crafting writs, you must complete the corresponding certification. Find Millenith at the first major city for Blacksmithing, Clothing, and Woodworking. Danel Telleno offers certification in Alchemy, Enchanting, and Provisioning. Writs can be completed each day within all six disciplines by finding the crafting writs boards in most cities. Increase a crafting skill to progress through the various writs available for that discipline. Complete a max-tier writ for a chance to receive a Master Writ as a reward, which requires the player to craft a master item.
