Set in the center of Tamriel, Cyrodiil is rife with conflict, as the three alliances battle it out for the coveted Ruby Throne. Alliance bases have been set up in the three corners of the triangular zone, where players enter the campaign. Advancing inward, combatants battle for control of resources, keeps, towns, the Elder Scrolls, and ultimately the throne. Only one player can hold the title of Emperor, with great benefits bestowed on the leader.
