Deliver the Writ to Eraven Onthim in Sadrith Mora
After talking to Sun-in-Shadow inside Tel Naga, head to the Council House and enter Eraven Othin’s Chambers. Brelan Neloren asks you to pickpocket a Bad Poem from Ethrandora, who is inside the Wizards’ Study, also in the Council House. Return the poem to Brelan and grab Magister Therana’s Correspondence (Lorebook) off the desk.
Return to Sun-in-Shadow, who asks you to travel to the Daedric shrine, Zaintiraris. It’s locked, so you must find a way to get inside. Eight braziers sit in a circle above the entrance, with a Scribbled Note (Lorebook) in the middle.
Read the note for clues to unlock Zaintiraris. Four of the braziers must be lit, with the number of skulls deciding the order. Count the skulls and light the brazier with two skulls first, followed by three skulls, five skulls, and then six skulls. Drop down and move inside.
Deal with the Scamps and Seducers as you follow the path left or right. Be careful, as a Hunger hangs out along both routes, which can present a tough fight if you’re not ready for it. When the paths meet again, enter the Inner Sanctum to find a powerful watcher named Izhavi the Petty guarding a Peculiar Key. Take the mob down or sneak around the perimeter of the room, and swipe the key off the stone pedestal. Watch out for water geysers along the way.
Use the key to enter the Central Chamber, and fight through the Scamps that litter the room. Approach the Daedric Reliquary on the stone pedestal and collect the Finger Bone of St. Felms. Ascend the stairs and use the door switch to reach the exit. Travel to Tel Branora in far southeast Vvardenfell and talk to Magister Therana inside Therana’s Chambers. Collect the Magister’s Writ off the table and deliver it to Eraven Onthim in the Sadrith Mora Council House. Report to Sun-in-Shadow to complete the quest.
