Canon Llevule requests your assistance inside the Andrano Ancestral Tomb. A variety of Skaafin mobs stand in the way, so take them down as you circle the tomb toward the Summoning Chamber. Attempt to pull enemies to your location to avoid being overwhelmed, limiting the number of mobs you fight at one time. Speak to the Ancestral Spirit before exiting the tomb.
This sends the player to Vivec City, the biggest city of Vvardenfell, located on the south side of the zone. After meeting Lord Vivec, you are asked to free two trapped workers at the construction site before collecting the Blessing Stone for Archcanon Tarvus. Back at the Palace Receiving Room, perform the Divination Ritual to complete the quest.
