If you plan to pray to Molag Bal, this is the place in West Gash to do it. The sprawling ruins hosts a number of Worm Cultists throughout the exterior, and a door to the main chambers below.
Interior Level 1 (Ashalmawia Shrine): An entrance passage leads to a junction, more Worm Cultists, and tomb vaults to the left (west), with steps down to the Sunken Vaults. To the right (east) is a mine corridor, with overgrown tunnels leading to a large altar and the Stone of Ashalmawia, and an entrance to Level 2 in the northwest area.
Interior Level 2 (Sunken Vaults): Enter via the upper vaults, and you reach the lower vaults and a skyshard to the south. The vaults lead to rough tunnels and out to the base of a large cavern, where a ferocious Phobbiicus, flanked by two Ogrims, is ready to taste your blood. Approach from the mine area, and you’re atop the cavern and must descend via a series of shrines and rope-bridges, until the boss is faced.
