With the Dark Brotherhood DLC activated, find Amelie Crowe in any Outlaws Refuge to begin the story quests. This sends you to Anvil on the Gold Coast, where Litany of Blood assassinations, daily Sacraments, and contracts become available. Once Quest: Voices in the Dark has been completed, the Blade of Woe Passive Ability allows for instant kills against normal-difficulty humanoid NPCs. Go stealth and use the blade on unsuspecting targets to complete contracts for the Dark Brotherhood.
