Foreman Lathdar mentions a disturbance in Gnisis Egg Mine that has placed a hex on the egg hands, so volunteer to investigate. Fend off Kwama Workers as you search for and talk to the two workers near the mine entrance. Deeper into the mine, examine the Kwama Queen and then talk to Destaine.
Defeat the Dwarven Spiders and tough Centurions as you explore farther into the mine. Inside the central chamber, the Dwarven Centurion Alpha poses the biggest threat of the quest, as a power core gives it an added buff. Take the big guy around the central pillar to break the connection. Watch out for Dwarven Spiders and Dwarven Spheres to join the fight.
After clearing out the mobs, use the Dwarven Tonal Focus to grab the Tonal Prism, and use it on the barrier that blocks the exit. It’s possible to swipe the prism while the Centurion is busy on the other side of the pillar, allowing you to escape without defeating the sub-boss.
Continue to search for the source of the sound as you fight your way to the Dwarven Sanctum and talk to Revus Demnevanni, who attempts to fix the resonator. In order for Revus to repair the device, the five Tonal Valves must be set to the correct positions: up, down, or neutral. Flip them to neutral, down, up, up, down. Once you’re happy with the settings, use the Resonator Release Valve in the middle of the room to play the sounds.
Exit through the Dwarven Tunnels and talk to Revus before reporting to Foreman Lathdar, who stands just outside the Resting Kwama.
