This large Dwemer ruin sitting on a river of lava contains Dwarven mechanical sentries to worry about. You can also find a host of collectibles, including two possible chests, a Heavy Sack, and a Thieves Tome, as well as a Mages Guild book near some cogs. Don’t forget to access the skyshard! Speaking of access, the interior of Mzanchend can be explored, but only if entered via the Zalkin-Sul Egg Mine to the west, with the quest active.
