For every home you own, you can set different or identical permissions to allow entry to only those you deem true friends. Simply access the Housing Editor and the Settings tab to tweak the guild members and other individuals you’re able to let in. You can also give your friends different levels of access:
Primary Residence: If you own more than one home, you can pick one your friends and guild members automatically visit when you aren’t in the game. The permissions you’ve given them remain, so ensure you want those with Decorator access to fiddle with your scenery!
Visitor Access: This permission enables you to visit a friend’s home and interact with the furnishings without moving them.
Decorator Access: This permission enables you to reposition any scenery inside or out. This is a great idea, as you can optionally agree to decorate the interior of a friend’s house (for free, or to make some gold), if you have the eye for design. Do those Redguard Pots go with that Throne of Cyrodiil? Only with the correct lighting!
Dueling: If your home has enough space (not inns, apartments, and smaller-sized rooms), you can challenge a player to a friendly duel. These are best attempted and watched in an outside courtyard or large hall.
Banned!: Finally, if you have a particularly troublesome guild member whose filthy feet aren’t allowed to sully your hallowed halls, you can easily ban them from the Settings tab.
