A bank, accessible at major cities, allows for an additional 60 storage spaces. This can be upgraded, with 10 spaces added per purchase, up to a maximum of 240. Note that these upgrades get more expensive the higher you go. Items and currencies deposited into the bank are accessible by all of your characters. In an Outlaws Refuge, a Moneylender offers access to the bank. ESO Plus subscribers get double the bank space for the duration of their subscriptions.
If you belong to a player-created guild, banks also grant access to the Guild Bank and Guild Store for that guild. Deposit items and money to share with the guild at the Guild Bank. The Guild Store allows a guild to buy and sell amongst its members. Guilds must have 10 members to enable the Guild Bank and 50 for the Guild Store.
