This walled settlement with a drawbridge (usually raised) is owned by the Arenims, a minor noble family. Currently it is under Redoran governance.
The exterior grounds has an accessible Arenim Warehouse near a moored boat and sealed boathouse. The Warehouse interior has two levels, leading to the main floor of the manor. The manor is situated inside a walled garden, with plenty of Redorans guarding. Inside the manor, you have access to a large banquet hall and adjacent kitchen, with a trapdoor down to the basement, which links back to the Warehouse. Upstairs is a landing, and three doors—one to an exterior balcony, one sealed, and one to the Councilor’s Quarters.
