The southwestern coast of Vvardenfell is known for its slightly fetid salt marshes, and the remains of smuggling operations both recent and long-forgotten. Hidden by an almost constant fog, the region hasn’t experienced the worst of the rumbling from Red Mountain, but the many inland waterways and ponds still border on the putrid, making this the only region where foul-water fishing is possible. The region stretches from Arenim Manor at its northern extreme, to the town of Seyda Neen at its southernmost point. The slaver base of Firemoth Island, where you begin your adventure, is also located off the coast.
