The Shadow of the Loot Ninja
As you cross to the western side of Throgmuk’s Precipice, you’ll spot a cave to the west at just around the point the Handsome Sorcerer begins bombarding you with orcs. Inside, a vengeful Sir Gallow hires you to find out of which of his knightly comrades has been ninja-ing all the loot.
As you make your way out of The Pit and approach the bridge to the castle battlements, there is a long, rectangular structure to your left. Inside, search Sir Boil’s crate for the loot, and be ready to kill him when he takes offense at your suspicions. (Like all of your targets in this quest, he’s just a normal knight.)
After crossing the bridge to the southwest, continue past the bridge onto a rocky outcropping that’s almost directly above Sir Gallow. Search Sir Mash’s yellow striped tent for the loot, and then grant his wish for death over dishonor.
Sir Stew is significantly harder to find, as the quest marker puts him in a seemingly inaccessible part of the map. Go up the battlements until you reach the long outdoor span that runs north to south overlooking The Pit in the center of the map. Step up to the edge, so that you’re facing the quest marker, and look down. You should see a crescent-shaped rim of bluish-grey rocks beneath you. Drop down onto them, and you’ll discover Sir Stew’s rocky hermitage. After eliminating him as the suspect (and eliminating him from existence), drop off of the southeast rim of the outcropping to land on a second outcropping that has a dice chest.
After vindicating (and also murdering) all of Sir Gallow’s friends, return to his cave for the quest’s twist ending. Touched by the thought-provoking finale, Mr. Torgue decides to offer you the reward that Sir Gallow could not; find him in his usual Flamerock Refuge stocks to turn in the completed quest.
