The guest of honor, Flesh-Stick, resides across the bridge in Meltwater Crossing, not far from Tiny Tina’s Workshop. He’s the leader of the bandit camp that resides there, and they’re not going to be too keen on you trying to abscond with their leader. Nevertheless, brute force isn’t much of an option, as he has to be alive in order to attend the tea party. If you kill Flesh-Stick, the mission is considered a failure, and you’ll have to return to Tiny Tina and accept the mission again.
One way to ensure that you don’t accidentally kill Flesh-Stick is to equip your weakest gun, preferably a pistol with a below average rate of fire. Cross the bridge to Meltwater Crossing, and use your other equipped weapons to take out any Marauders that pose an immediate threat as you cross the camp to the back left-hand corner. Watch for Flesh-Stick to emerge from the house there. He’s a variant of Psycho armed with a hatchet and an elaborate display of body paint. Now that you have his attention, you must lure him into Tiny Tina’s Workshop, where she has a trap waiting.
Flesh-Stick can run pretty fast, but provided you don’t bump into too many things, you can keep away from him reasonably well by backing away. Fire your weak pistol at the ground near him—but don’t shoot him—to keep his attention. So long as you don’t get too far ahead of him or go too long without shooting in his proximity, Flesh-Stick follows you right into the trap.
Shoot the ground around Flesh-Stick to hold his attention while you lead him to Tiny Tina.
